Setting up accessibility features on devices is one of many ways to make life with a disability easier.

For years now Business On A Page Gateway has supported businesses and individuals to connect with family, friends, staff, suppliers and customers. Recently, a new client helped us open our doors to those with disabilities. We enjoyed the experience very much and would like to expand our support to more NDIS participants.

Customised service

We help clients to access technology by overcoming barriers. Here are a few ways we set up a successful working relationship:

  • We use a Service Agreement made between us and our clients to clearly list the agreed supports you can expect from us and your responsibilities under The National Disability Insurance Scheme.
    • For example, to provide Capacity Building Skill Development by developing skills for online learning, effective tech use at home, and additional technology support as required.
  • We review expectations and how we met them at least every six-months.
    • Doing so allows us to identify what worked well and what didn’t in order to improve our service delivery.
  • We offer fixed times, location and ongoing cost. Costs are in line with the NDIS Pricing Guide. This ensures you receive the services asked for without surprises in your schedule and budget.
    • For example, 3 hours a week, one day a week for 12 months.
  • We and our clients share mutual respect with open, honest and timely communication. This facilitates stability and flexibility as needed.
    • Our Policy Library provides more details about why and how this is done.
  • We send invoices to our client’s nominated Plan Management Provider.

All of this and more illustrates the way we customise our services for you in a mutually beneficial and enjoyable way.

Below is a sample of what can be done in a 3-hour session.
